Food-Chained explores how civilizations, ecosystems, and the health of the planet are inextricably bound to complex food chains. This multi-disciplinary look at issues surrounding the production and consumption of food is created and sponsored by EnAct, Colorado College’s oldest student organization.
The series is student initiated and features campus-wide lectures, panel discussions, classroom visits, and hands-on activities in local agricultural settings to stimulate personal and policy level decision-making.
Explore how decisions we make every day about food can chain us to a problematic or an abundant future by joining us for the
Food-Chained events.
